01: Body Rotation with Long Axis

For freestyle, you drive yourself forward by rotating your body.

Learn proper body rotation along your body axis and the correct angle of rotation.

Steps

Standing position

1.      Stand straight with your legs shoulder-width apart.

2.      Place your hands on your shoulders, fix your head, and rotate your body.

3.      Rotate your shoulders to the point where your head is about to turn with your body.

4.      Rotate your shoulders to the same angle on both sides.

Bending position

1.      Bend your body forward.

2.      When you rotate your shoulders, rotate your hips with your knees slightly bent.

3.      Remember the rotation angle of your shoulders.

4.      Relax your neck to prevent your head from moving with your body.
