Drill 31: Rotation with Additional Twist

Coordinate the body rotation with the head rotation in order to breathe.

Learn how to rotate your head without lifting it.

Steps

-  Face forward, and then rotate your head and shoulders at the same time.

-  After you rotate your shoulders all the way, further rotate your head.

-  Rotate your head and shoulders back.

-  Get the sensation of your body and head rotating together.

-  Keep the top of your head in place.

-  To rotate your head further, relax your neck.
