Increase your speed by quickly extending your arm in the water using hip rotation.

Steps

-  Form the hand entry position with one arm.

-  Extend your arm straight forward as you extend the opposite leg at the knee, and rotate your hips.

-  Bring your hand forward by rotating your hips.

-  Keep your head in place.

-  Extend your arm while changing the direction of your hand in the water.
