Drill 61: Relaxing and Bending the Wrists

The first phase of the arm movement in the water is called the catch.

Here, you will learn the form of the catch with relaxed wrists.

Steps

-  Extend both of your arms 6 inches below the surface.

-  Relax your wrists so that your middle fingers point inward.

-  Repeat the up and down movement of your hands.
