D10700-Introduction - Sideways Breathing
When you are able to breathe sideways, you are now swimming freestyle.
Turn your mouth out of the water surface by using body rotation, not by lifting the head.
You turn back as you insert your hand.
Approach
First, you will learn the sideways breathing position.
Next, you will practice breathing sideways with the momentum of the switch.
Then you turn your body back with the momentum of hand insertion from recovery.
Finally, you will complete the sideways breathing by adding four switches.
