D10600-Introduction - Face-up Breathing
You will learn how to breathe with your face up by rotating your body.
Since you can breathe as long as you want with this position, you can swim longer with ease.
Approach
First, you will learn the relaxed face-up breathing position with little water drag.
Next, you will learn how to rotate your body, using the extended hand as the axis.
Then, the momentum of the switch can help to rotate the body quicker.
Finally, you will complete the face-up breathing process by adding four switches.
